Return/Refund Policy

Here at Vitalyte, we strive to deliver on all our promises in product effectiveness, service, and delivery; your satisfaction keeps us moving forward, and if for whatever reason you find our product unsuitable, we will be happy to issue a full refund or exchange.


30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a money back guarantee for all VitalyteTM products purchased within 30 days from the postmark return date. All you need to do is mail us the unused product in original packaging with a printed receipt, and we will issue a refund to the credit card account charged.

Alternatively, if you received a defective product, simply send the product back with proof of purchase and we will issue you an exchange upon receipt. In the case that the product is out-of-stock and an exchange is not possible, we will give you a full refund.

Standard return shipping and handling fees are paid for by the purchaser. If you have a special case regarding a return past our 30-day guarantee, please contact us first and we will work with you to provide further assistance.


IN-STORE RETURNS
If you purchased our VitalyteTM products in a store or with one of our online distributors, please check their return policy for returns and exchanges. If the store does not have a return policy, you may send us a request for mail-in return, as long it meets our 30-day money back guarantee conditions.


MAIL-IN RETURN PROCEDURE
If you are returning your product by mail, we recommend you choose a carrier that provides tracking and insurance (see below). VitalyteTMis unable to cover items lost in transit without a tracking number.


WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR MAIL:

  1. The original, unused VitalyteTM product
  2. A copy of your proof of purchase*
  3. For exchanges and in-store purchase returns, please also include a mailing label with your return address printed clearly.


*If you purchased your product online from us directly and no longer have a proof of purchase, we can look up your information through our purchase history log. Please contact us with your full name and email address to request a copy.
